In celebration of the 267th founding anniversary of the province of Bataan, SM City Bataan actively participated in the Parada ng Selebrasyon at Pagdiriwang, a vibrant celebration that commenced from the Plaza Mayor de Balanga to The Bunker.

The dedicated employees of SM City Bataan were not only part of this parade but also orchestrated various initiatives to contribute to the festivities. Among the highlights was the Bataan Deals, offering shoppers enticing discounts of up to 50% from January 11 to 14 at participating tenants. Additionally, in collaboration with the Provincial Veterinary Office, SM City Bataan organized the successful Hataw Takbo Bataan (pawSM edition), where both fur babies and their fur parents enthusiastically participated in a race that kicked off at the mall. This event further extended its support by providing free consultations, check-ups, and vaccines for pets through Hataw Takbo Bataan at SM City Bataan. As a final touch to the commemoration, SM City Bataan hosted a meet and greet with Sunkissed Lola at the mall, allowing Bataenos to personally connect with the talented artist behind the popular song ‘Pasilyo.’ In conclusion, SM City Bataan’s active involvement in the 267th Bataan Foundation Day celebration not only added vibrancy to the festivities but also showcased its commitment to the community through various engaging activities and partnerships.
